Our Achievements

The areas lack the basic facilities of normal healthy life; people only do farming to earn bread and butter. Our organization also provides education to underprivileged children and arranges different programs in the community, who reside in rural areas.

Community Meetings

BMCDS also organizes communities from time to time where people come together and discuss their common problems with their leaders like pradhan and panchayats directly. Such meetings have already awakened the people towards better resource management available in the community. Through community meetings, BMCDS offers the opportunity for the adult to learn occupational training and live with self-dignity.

National Pulse polio and Routine Immunization Programme

BMCDS organized and participated in National Pulse Polio and Routine Immunization, social mobilization in Samsergang block of Murshidabad district, supported by the district administration and UNICEF. The Polio poster posted which provides UNICEF and GOVT. of west Bengal every pre-NID/SNID round in different places to better learn for polio immunization. We have organized 20 nos polio transit points in different roots crossing places in the Murshidabad district.

Ambulance Service

Ambulance Service

BMCDS runs an ambulance in the Murshidabad district supported by the Health and Family Welfare Dept. Govt. of West Bengal. BMCDS has been mainly helping pregnant mothers and postnatal women to be admitted to the hospital and return to their respective homes.

Advocacy Program

BMCDS also focuses on advocating for the rights of the children, gender equality and protecting the vulnerable groups from being exploited. Some basic services like clean drinking water, toilets uses, health and hygiene, sanitation, drainage system.

Health Awareness Program

We are conducting various Health Awareness Camps to fight against Polio, Malaria, Filaria, T.B etc. We are also providing support for Mother & Child Health in the entire district of Murshidabad
